He arrived on time and went over all of his findings before he left. His written report was very concise and accurate. I highly recommend Chris for home inspections. He was very punctual and thorough before and during the entire inspection. He genuinely knows what he’s doing, showing and explaining to us his findings during the appointment, which he detailed in the report, no matter how small of an issue it was. The report was emailed to us the same day, so great turnaround if you schedule first thing in the morning.
